About Walls

Established over 60 years Walls is a privately owned company and is one of Ireland’s leading building contractors. We have a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, conservation and tourism/leisure. Our history and reputation has been built by undertaking projects that deliver the best outcomes for our stakeholders; clients, design teams, contracting partners, suppliers and employees. We understand that with every construction project the key to success is forming strong relationships, providing flexible and value based solutions and ensuring that our promises are kept.

If you work with Walls you will join a Company that understands the value of teamwork. It is also one where effort, commitment and the willingness to go the extra mile is acknowledged and rewarded and when this happens apart from sharing in our success you will be provided with opportunities for additional responsibility and promotion.

We want to be a Company where the best people in our industry work. This requires that opportunities for learning and knowledge sharing exist, understanding that professional development is beneficial to career progression and performance on the job. With that in mind we provide training, development and education opportunities to enable you to advance your career according to your capabilities, strengths, skills and personality.

We also encourage innovation and creativity, different ways of looking at things and coming up with solutions to the everyday challenges that work provides. Our teams include some of the best professionals working in the Irish construction sector, managing an array of projects that are both interesting and technically challenging so that they provide considerable career development experience and opportunity.

Finally, relationships matter at Walls. We have a friendly culture where the values of honesty, mutual support and respect, diversity and dignity are key. We want to be a leader in what we do for our clients but also to lead by example in how we look after our people, ensuring that support and help is available in all aspects of your work and personal life.
