Born and raised in Dublin 7, began his career with an Electrical Apprenticeship between 1984 and 1988. After qualifying in 1988, he spent a decade honing his skills on sites across Ireland and abroad before founding CJK in 1998.
From a one-man operation with a van, Conor has built CJK into one of Ireland’s leading mechanical and electrical contracting companies, employing over 400 people and delivering complex projects across data centres, pharma, aviation, energy and commercial sectors.
As a passionate advocate for apprenticeships throughout his career, Conor is the driving force behind the industry’s most progressive training and development programmes — the CJK Academy — designed to empower the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
Outside of work, Conor is an avid traveller who loves the outdoors and all things sport, especially cricket. True to his leadership style, he often says:
“Take your work seriously — but don’t take yourself too seriously.”

Kaitlyn Moran is a Building Environmental Engineer at IN2 Engineering specialising in computer simulation. Kaitlyn has experience in a variety of building simulation methods, including computational fluid dynamics for wind and natural ventilation analysis, radiance simulation for daylight / sunlight assessments, and dynamic simulation for energy modelling as well as developing low carbon designs for future buildings. Much of her recent work focuses on the decarbonisation of existing building stock for HSE and collaborating with the SEAI on commercial building retrofit projects.
