27th July 2018, 8 am – Dublin

It's important to keep on top of industry performance. The establishment of the SCSI/IPD Ireland Quarterly Property Index over thirty years ago has allowed investors to quantify the performance of real estate accurately. Since launching, MSCI’s Real Estate offering has produced key performance indicators for the investment property market in Ireland each quarter. As a result, their upcoming event will see a panel presenting their latest findings.

This breakfast seminar will issue the IPD / Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland Quarterly Property Index results for the second quarter of 2018. The morning is jointly hosted with IBEC and will be followed by a Q&A.

As well as focusing on the latest detailed investment analysis of the IPD market performance figures for Ireland; this quarterly briefing will explore the global economic trends and their implications on property investment here. This topic is particularly important as international investment flows continue to grow.

MSCI is an independent provider of research-driven insights, tools, and indices for investors. They help the real estate investment sector raise its information, reporting and transparency standards to the level of the mainstream exchange-traded asset classes. MSCI sits alongside industry experts and leaders to participate in programs packed with ideas and discussion around strategies and methodologies.

Meanwhile, the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland is the independent professional body for Chartered Surveyors working and practicing in Ireland.
