Aaron Redmond and Cillian Loughnane are the second-generation family leaders behind Redlough. Founded in 1984 by their fathers, Liam Redmond and Liam Loughnane, the company has grown from a two-person operation to a national contractor with over 100 staff.
Aaron, co-managing director, has guided strategic growth including industry awards and quality certification, while Cillian Loughnane serves alongside him in the company’s leadership team. Together they uphold the founders’ legacy, expanding services and client relationships across commercial and public sectors as a second-generation family business.
Working with developers, property managers, landscape architects and local authorities, Redlough combine expert horticultural knowledge with efficient project delivery and sustainable practices.

As one of Ireland's leading landscaping and external works contractors, we deliver high-quality projects for major commercial, retail and public sector clients. Our work extends far beyond traditional landscaping and includes excavation, drainage installation, paving, kerbing, fencing, retaining structures, concrete works, site development and large-scale external environments. We also do playground rejuvanation project including installation of play equipment & street furniture.
The skills required to excel in hard landscaping closely mirror those found across the construction and civil engineering sectors. Groundworkers, drainage operatives, machine operators, site supervisors and construction professionals often possess highly transferable skills that can be applied immediately within our business.
