1. General Operatives – Passive Fire Protection

   We are seeking experienced General Operatives with a background in passive fire protection to join our growing team.
   What you’ll do:

• Carry out fire stopping, compartmentation, and other fire protection works to the highest standards
• Work on a variety of construction projects across Ireland
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire safety regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in passive fire protection (essential)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (preferred)

2. Contracts Manager – IFE Certified

We are also recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager (IFE Certified) to oversee and manage projects across our business.
What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple fire protection projects from start to finish
• Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

• IFE Certification (essential)
• Proven experience managing contracts in construction / fire protection
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and fire safety standards

3. Office Administrator / Document Controller (with Fire Protection Knowledge)

   We are looking for an Office Administrator / Document Controller with strong knowledge of fire protection products who can also support sales and manage quotations, sales orders, proforma invoice, sales invoice, credit note.

What you’ll do:

• Provide administrative and document control support for projects and compliance
• Manage and process dockets, sales orders, and related paperwork
• Work closely with the sales team to support client enquiries and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate project documentation, certifications, and reports
• Ensure smooth coordination between office and site operations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous administration/document control experience in construction or fire protection (essential)
• Good knowledge of passive fire protection products and systems
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Ability to handle both admin duties and customer/sales support tasks
