Construct Innovate Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2026 webinar series is a five-week programme designed to support the development of ideas from early-stage inspiration through to real-world impact and commercial scale.
Titled “From Insight to Impact”, the series runs from March to May 2026 and will explore the full lifecycle of innovation, with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, digital tools, policy frameworks, and cross-sector collaboration.
The programme forms part of Construct Innovate’s wider 2025/2026 initiative, supported by leading industry bodies including the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI), the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), and the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI).
The series opens with real-world insights from established entrepreneurs. This session focuses on the challenges, opportunities, and decision-making processes involved in turning ideas into viable ventures. It sets the tone for the programme by highlighting practical experience from industry leaders.
This session explores the role of digital tools and software in modern innovation processes. Participants will gain insight into how technology is being used to streamline idea development, collaboration, and project delivery across sectors.
Innovation does not exist in isolation. This session examines the policy and regulatory environments that shape how ideas are developed and scaled. It focuses on how frameworks can either enable or restrict entrepreneurial progress.
Bridging the gap between research and commercial application is a key challenge in innovation. This session focuses on how academic and laboratory research can be translated into market-ready solutions, with practical insights into commercialisation pathways.
The final session addresses one of the most persistent barriers to innovation: organisational silos. It explores how collaboration across disciplines, departments, and institutions can accelerate innovation and improve outcomes.
