The Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) website has been updated.
Managed by the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (DPER), the CWMF is a set of policies, contracts, and guidance materials used for delivering public sector construction projects in Ireland. It covers the entire project lifecycle and is a mandatory framework for projects over 50% funded by the state.
The updated site is designed to be easier to navigate, more accessible, and better aligned with the needs of users engaging with public works contracts. The new website address https://cwmf.gov.ie/en/. Visitors to the previous site will be automatically redirected.

Minister of State for Public Procurement, Digitalisation and eGovernment, Emer Higgins TD welcomed the changes, saying:
“The refreshed CWMF website is a practical step forward in making the process for public sector construction projects more accessible and user-friendly.
“These improvements will support better project delivery and empower stakeholders with the tools and information they need.
“These enhancements align with DPER’s strategic goals to promote innovation and digital adoption in the construction sector, support Project Ireland 2040 and the National Development Plan, and deliver quality procurement solutions for the public service.”
