Construct Innovate is Ireland’s national research and innovation centre for the construction and built environment sector based at the University of Galway. The centre brings together 130+ industry members and 13 Universities across to support innovation, productivity, sustainability and digital transformation across the sector. Through collaboration with industry, partners and European innovation networks, we are prioritising solutions to Ireland’s housing & infrastructure challenges while contributing to wider Government and industry objectives.
The Work Ready Graduate Programme, supported by Enterprise Ireland, combines practical industry experience with academic development, providing graduates with hands-on experience in a host company over a 12 month period, alongside a fully funded Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Innovation. This approach supports graduates in developing the skills and experience needed to progress their careers, while providing companies with additional talent to support innovation, research and business priorities.
