Paddy Jobsman is a career educator who spends his days helping people get hired. Since 2014, Paddy has coached jobseekers to land roles at companies of all shapes and sizes. From global organisations like TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and Amazon, to the local corner shop looking for a jack of all trades.
Furthermore, he has first-hand experience from the employer's side. He started his career as a recruiter 8 years ago and went on to launch a hiring platform, managing recruitment campaigns for 900+ companies, including PayPal, eBay, McDonald's, Just Eat, Vodafone, and BT.
Paddy has dedicated his life to helping people get what they want from their careers and he looks forward to speaking at Construction Jobs Expo.
